UDESIGN LANDSCAPE

Privacy Policy

Your project details deserve thoughtful handling. This policy explains the website practices verified in the application code.

1. About this policy

UDesign Landscape Corp. is a California landscaping business serving homeowners throughout the Coachella Valley, providing landscape design & build and landscape maintenance. California contractor license: LIC# 1123987.

This policy describes data handling implemented on our website at udesignlandscape.com. It covers website inquiries, consultation requests and proposal responses. It is not a complete description of the business’s offline records or of third-party services’ own practices.

Contact: ulices@udesignlandscape.com or 760.574.0127.

2. Information you provide

The website collects information you choose to submit:

  • Project inquiries and free consultation requests: your name, email, phone number, property location, selected service and project details. Both public forms use the same inquiry flow. The team contacts you to discuss the project and schedule a visit if appropriate.
  • Existing visit records: earlier visit requests may contain a phone number, property address, preferred visit days and time, and notes. The studio also maintains visit details provided during follow-up.
  • Proposal responses: your response to a shared proposal and any note you include. Proposal records also contain the client and project information entered by the studio.

Please do not enter passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information in project descriptions or notes.

3. How website information is used

Inquiry and consultation submissions are saved in the website’s private lead records for studio follow-up. The studio can organize inquiries, record call or visit notes, schedule visits and prepare proposals. The website attempts to send submitted lead details to the studio by email and SMS, and can email scheduled visit reminders to the studio.

These functions use Lovable Cloud for website records, a connected Google Mail service for studio emails, and Pingram for studio SMS alerts. The privacy terms of those providers govern their own processing. Website record access is restricted in the application to authorized studio administrators; no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

4. Browser storage, cookies and diagnostics

The website uses local storage to keep studio sign-in sessions. Studio sign-in is separate from the public inquiry forms.

The public pages use Google Analytics 4 (the Google tag) to count page visits. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (such as _ga) and reports page paths and standard device and approximate location information to Google; it is not given the contents of inquiry forms, and it does not run on the studio sign-in, staff dashboard or private proposal pages. Google’s own privacy terms govern its processing. The application also includes error reporting to help diagnose website failures.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Clearing storage can sign you out of the studio portal. Whether a consent banner is required for analytics in the regions the business serves, plus retention settings in Google Analytics, must be confirmed before this policy is finalized.

5. Google reviews and external services

The homepage displays publicly available reviews from the connected Google Business Profile, including reviewer names, ratings, comments, dates and photos when supplied by Google. Reading all reviews or leaving a review takes you to Google; a review is not submitted through a UDesign form.

The site loads fonts from Google and may load reviewer photos and brand images from external hosting services. Your browser contacts those services to retrieve these resources. Links to Google and Instagram lead to websites with their own privacy policies.

A homeowner proposal link contains a private share token. Anyone with that link may be able to view the proposal, so share it only with intended recipients.

6. Privacy questions and California requests

To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction, or raise an access or deletion request, email ulices@udesignlandscape.com. Describe your request without sending sensitive documents. The studio may need to verify your identity before discussing personal information.

California privacy rights depend on the applicable law and the business’s circumstances. The owner and legal reviewer must determine which disclosures and request procedures apply, including any requirements concerning sale or sharing of information. This policy makes no claim about CCPA applicability, data sale or sharing, fixed retention periods, or a guaranteed request outcome.

7. Finalization and contact

The business name, email, phone number and contractor license above have been confirmed by the owner. A mailing address has not been supplied. Before adopting this policy, the owner must confirm all providers and offline uses of submitted information, production cookies and analytics, diagnostic logging, retention and deletion practices, and applicable California privacy obligations. An effective date should be added only after approval.
